We founded FirstFunnel to address problems in dental offices’ new patient acquisition. We figured creating a perfect funnel and running an effective social media referral campaign is not enough to increase office production. We learned in order to sustain consistent growth and patient retention, we need a specialized team to Call and Recall patients on daily basis. So we built a highly trained sales call center to work hand in hand with our lead generation team and the office manager / treatment coordinator.
