1. How The Program Works

The ‘Refer a Dental Office Program’ is an incentive program that rewards you (Referrer) for inviting your friends and colleagues in the dental community (Referee) to get a demo and Sign Up for First Funnel Inc. Dental Marketing Automation Platform and Services.

You can earn up to $500 USD for each office when they sign up for First Funnel Inc. services and pay for the first month of service. There is no limit to the number of offices you are allowed to refer using your referral link, however, there is a limit on how much you can get paid. You can only get paid for a maximum of 10 offices that have signed up and paid for First Funnel Inc. Services. (After 10 successful referrals, you will be invited to join our influencer program; where you may refer more offices and earn more rewards per office.)

If the dental office you are referring to First Funnel Inc. has already been referred in the past by another person but they have not yet paid for the service, First Funnel Inc. reserves the right to determine which member of our referral program will receive the referral bonus. Only one referral reward can be granted per each office. All decisions are final.

2. A Successful or Converted Referral Is

A “successful or converted referral” is a friend/family or colleague (Referee) of yours (Referrer) in the dental community that has met all the following conditions:

1. Has clicked on your unique referral link and requested a demo from First Funnel Inc
   
   

2. Has received a demo from a First Funnel Dental Growth Manager
   
   

3. Has signed up and paid for the first month of First Funnel Inc. services
   
   

3. Rewards And Offers

You can receive a $500 Visa Gift Card for a “successful or converted referral” unless it is considered a disqualified Referral. 

4. Disqualified Referrals 

First Funnel reserves the right to disqualify any referral at any time for any reason.  All decisions are final. Your referrals are considered disqualified automatically if:

A) If you (Referee) are not a natural person (i.e., no businesses, legal entities or pets) residing in and located in the 50 United States, District of Columbia;

B) If you (Referee) are not consent to and comply with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of First Funnel Inc

C) The dental office you are referring to First Funnel Inc. is already an existing or past client of First Funnel Inc. 

D) We have determined that you have violated our copyright or zero-tolerance spam policy by creating fake accounts, blogs, web pages, profiles, websites, links, messages, placement of First Funnel Inc logos, mention of our trademarks or trade names in any ad text, extensions or banner ads; paid advertising for the purpose of generating traffic directly to your referral link; misleading or attempting to mislead anyone in connection with the First Funnel Inc., including, but not limited to, misrepresenting your relationship with us or posing as First Funnel Inc. representative in an official capacity; accessing the Refer A Dental Office Program other than with a commercial browser (such as Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, Safari), taking any action or making any content that is disparaging or defamatory to First Funnel Inc., bulk referrals, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of the Program in a manner that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” in First Funnel Inc.’s sole discretion, is expressly prohibited and may be grounds for immediate termination of the Referrer’s participation in the Program. First Funnel Inc. has a zero-tolerance for spam.

5. Issuing Of Rewards And Offers

You (Referee) should receive your $500 Visa Gift Card within 15 days after the office you have refereed is considered a “successful or converted” (see section 2), and referral is not considered disqualified (see section 3).

Once you have received the $500 Visa Gift Card, you must refer to the expiration date on the card. If you don’t use it before it reaches the expiration date, any remaining amount of the unused reward on the Visa Gift Card will be canceled. 

‘Refer a Dental Office Program’ is open to the US legal residents only. This Program is only valid in the United States. First Funnel Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or modify this promotional offer at any time without prior notice or disclosed reasoning. All offers, promotions, pricing, terms, restrictions & conditions are subject to change & may be modified, discontinued, or terminated at any time without notice. Taxes and other charges may apply. 6. Privacy

All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with First Funnel Inc.’s Privacy Policy, available at https://firstfunnel.com/privacy-policy/. Under the applicable laws and regulations, First Funnel Inc. shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information. 

7. General 

7.1. These Referral Terms are published by First Funnel Inc. (“we”’, “us” and “our”). Our Referral Program as displayed on our Website FirstFunnel.com and these Terms form a binding agreement for both Referring Users (“you” or “your(s)”) and people who receive our referral invitation.

7.2. This Referral Program permits you to invite your known contacts to participate in one or more Referral Program(s).

7.3. You may only invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances and colleagues to this Referral Program.

8. Successful or Converted Referral and Limits

8.1. A “successful or converted” Referral is when a Referring User refers this Program to one of its contacts. Subsequently, that contact will sign-up and pay for the first month of First Funnel Inc. services – when payment is not canceled or disputed or referral is not considered disqualified in accordance with Subsection 4. 

8.2. A limit to the number of referrals by Referring Users is 10 successful referrals. 

8.3. All referred people or offices must be new and first-time clients of First Funnel Inc. Existing clients cannot participate in and benefit from the Referral Program.

8.4. You represent all personal information is 100% correct and up to date. We may monitor your use of the Referral Program or request your ID to verify your identity before issuing rewards. 

9. Restrictions

9.1. This Program cannot be combined with other First Funnel Inc.’s referral programs, discounts, vouchers, benefits or incentives. By participating in this Referral Program, we may restrict you from any other promotion, program, discount, or vouchers.

8.2. You understand and agree that you must not use referral methods that are bothersome to the recipients. Moreover, your participation in the Referral Program must not violate the applicable law, including but not limited to anti-Spam legislation, which is mass distribution of unsolicited messages.

9.3. You must not publish our Referral Program on any sites or platforms that house any Adult Content, Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Games and Online Casinos, Political Content, and any form of illegal activities. 

9.4. You must not at any time, invite or refer people who are unknown to you.

8.5. You must only use our Referral Program for personal use and refrain from its use for commercial purposes. 

10. Term and Termination

10.1. This Referral Program will run until the announced date and that date can be extended or restricted. We may also in our sole discretion notify Users that the Referral Program has ended with immediate effect.

10.2. Any referral made before the end of the Referral Program can still participate. However we may exclude referrals in our sole discretion made after its termination date.

10.3. We may terminate this Referral Program at any time, including your participation or the availability of its benefits. 

11. Exclusive Relationship

11.1. You understand and agree that you are only the User of our services and/or products, and refrain from implying any other affiliation or legal relationship with us. 

11.2. You understand and agree that you are never authorized to legally bind our company. 

11.3. You must never create any materials that contain our branding, trademark, (part of) our corporate identity.

11.4. By participating in the Referral Program you must not represent yourself in duplicate, agent or intermediary of our company

12. Privacy and Information

12.1. You undertake to respect the privacy rights of the people you invite to our Referral Program and direct to our website. 

12.2. When referring other people, you must always inform them about the applicable terms and conditions and privacy policy. You must do so before they participate in the Referral Program, and leave their personal information.

13. Amendments

We may amend the terms and conditions of our Referral Program. We may offer and/or restrict additional incentives, benefits and programs. As a result, additional terms may apply. You agree that you are aware of those amended and additional terms.

14. Violations and Termination

14.1. In case we suspect any violations of these terms or otherwise tampering with, fraud or unreasonable use of our Referral Program, we may in our sole discretion cancel the distribution of any discount, benefit or payout. 

14.2. If you are a current or former employee, contractor or affiliate of our company, we may restrict your participation in the Referral Program, and we may restrict or cancel your participation with immediate effect. 

14.3. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and refrain from violating any third party rights. These rights include any copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights.

15. Disclaimer and Indemnification

15.1. We offer our Referral Program and its benefits only on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may remove, change and update the Referral Program in our sole discretion. We will never make any promises or guarantees about the content and information of our Referral Program. We disclaim our responsibility for any information that is incorrect or has errors. 

15.2. Our Referral Program is based on our best efforts. You acknowledge and agree that we can never guarantee any benefit or result from participating in the Referral Program.

15.3. You will defend, indemnify and hold [Customer Name] harmless from and against all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses and costs (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of your participation in the Referral Program.

16. No Correspondence, Disputes And Refunds

With regards to the distribution of discounts, vouchers, incentives, prizes, awards or other benefits, no correspondence will be entered into. Moreover, we shall never respond to any complaint or accept any dispute about the Referral Program, and the abovementioned benefits. are provided “as is” and we never refund or exchange such benefits. 

17. Applicable Law

The laws of the State of Texas shall apply and the court in Harris country is competent to hear any claim that may arise out of these terms.
